It's only a day that we reported about Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress Nidhi Uttam bagging Anubhav Sinha's Thappad which has Tapsee Pannu in the lead role.
Now, we have our hands on yet another update about the same project.
According to our sources, actor Siddhant Karnick who rose to fame with Pyaar Ki Ek Kahani and Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, will also be seen in Thappad.
Our source said, "Siddhant will play Nidhi Uttam's husband in the project".
Thappad is a women oriented movie and will release around Women's Day 2020.
The project has a stellar cast including Manoj Pahwa, Ratna Pathak Shah, Tanvi Azmi amongst others.
We couldn't connect with Siddhant for his comment.
