MUMBAI: Shefali Jariwala's untimely demise has left the industry in a deep shock. The actress reportedly passed away on June 27, 2025 due to cardiac arrest. The actress entered into the fiction genre in TV with supernatural drama Shaitani Rasmein on Star Bharat.
Jariwala played the character of Kapalika in Shaitani Rasmein and she shared screen space with actor Vibhav Roy who played the lead role in the show. TellyChakkar.com contacted Vibhav Roy to know his thoughts on Jariwala's death and the actor expressed his emotions on the same and mentioned that the actress was the life of the set.

Vibhav Roy said, "Absolutely gutted and shocked to hear about her demise. She was the life of our set and an absolute pleasure to work with."
He added. "My heart goes out to Parag bhai and the family in this time of sorrow."
Shefali Jariwala is popularly known as Kanta Laga girl after her music video went viral in the 90's. She also participated in reality shows like Bigg Boss 13 and Nach Baliye.
