Sohail Khan registers KJo’s film title 'Shuddhi'

MUMBAI: Shuddhi is one film that has been in the making for several years now. Salman Khan was supposed to play the lead role in this Karan Johar film.

However, according to a report in Pinkvilla, Salman’s brother has now registered the title. When casting for Shuddhi initially kicked off, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan were slated to star in the film. However, Hrithik soon opted out and the search ended with Salman Khan giving a nod to the film, which will be helmed by 'Brothers' director Karan Malhotra. However, Salman, who was supposed to co-produce Kesari with Karan Johar, opted out of the project later. Now, there is a high chance of Sohail making Shuddhi and probably casting Salman in the lead role.

Well, with that many changes being made around the film, we wonder when we will get to see it in the theatres.
