Prakriti Nautiyal REVEALS she cried for almost three days post her exit from Divya Drishti

MUMBAI: Prakriti Nautiyal’s character from Star Plus’ Divya Drishti recently wrapped up and with a heavy heart, she bid adieu to the viewers of the show. TellyChakkar.com got in touch with the vivacious actress to know more about her journey in the show.

On her beautiful journey in the show, Prakriti said, “My journey in the show has been amazing! I got to learn so many things from my co-actors, my seniors, from our director and DOP. My experience is unforgettable, extremely special and close to heart.”

On being asked about her best friend on the sets, Prakriti quipped, “I share a very beautiful friendship with Ridheema Tiwari (Ojaswini Shergill); I call her Ridheema di. We are roomies and sisters. Apart from her, I’m close to Parul Chaudhary. I think almost all of my co-actors are my good friends. I love them all.”

On recalling the first day of the shoot for Divya Drishti, she said, “Oh, My God! On my first day, I was very anxious (laughs). I wasn’t very confident with my co-actors who are so senior to me. I got really nervous and took a thousand takes in my introduction scene. I got so embarrassed but all of them were so nice to me, I almost cried in my thoughts.”

We asked her reaction on her character ending in the show to which she said, “I was shocked. I didn’t know what was happening. At first I thought it’s alright! It happens! But later when I got home I cried so much, my eyes were swollen! My crying continued till three more days. I got so emotional while doing my death scenes. I called Ridheema di late at night and asked her why was I crying! She made me realise how much I love my people and it’s alright to cry.”

Here’s wishing all the luck to Prakriti for her future endeavours.
