Amit Verma on a comeback trail!

The last time one heard of Amit Varma was when he was duped by a few naughty girls who made him foot the bill at a restaurant. Since then, the actor is keeping his distance with unknown fans. A lot of people were surprised by his long absence. Some even wondered whether Amit had quit television. Clearing the air he says, “I haven’t quit television. I was just busy shooting for my film. I’m playing a prominent role in Aziz Mirza’s upcoming film. It has Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan as the main leads. I can’t divulge many details,” he concludes. Now that his film is complete Amit is set to make a comeback on television. Without divulging too many details again, the actor has only stated that he’ll be doing fiction. Amit who was on a weight losing spree now looks as good as new. The hard work has surely paid off.
