#BanTikToklnlndia trends on Twitter!

MUMBAI: One side when the world is battling against the deadly Coronavirus , Indian netizens are fighting another battle - ban TikTok in India.

#BanTikToklnlndia has been heavily treading on Twitter. Apparently a complaint has been filed against TikTok star Faisal Siddiqui- Prince of Team Nawab with 13.5 million followers for encouraging acid attacks on women in his latest video.

The video features Faizal who recreates an act wherein he splashed liquid on a girl’s face and says ‘Usne tumhe chhod dia? Jiske liye tumne Mujhe chhoda tha’ The girl’s face (makeup) looked scarred indicating a possible acid attack. The video went viral in no time and created a stir on the internet.

There are other videos apart from the one made by Faizal that suggest videos made glorifying rape and animal abuse and urging to save youth generation and ban the platform.
