Talking about his spiritual routine, he says “It adds a lot of benefits if you do any spiritual practice on a daily basis. And also over the years, I have realized that the most important key is to have a consistent practice. Whether it is meditation, chanting, or doing Vipassana or breathing exercises. And it all adds to your spiritual well being.” The actor maintains a wholesome spiritual routine, which also seems to reflect in his calm and composed demeanor.
During the lockdown, several actors came forward to talk about their new-found spiritual practices after time off shooting- and self-reflection. While actor Gurmeet Choudhary took to chanting, Pulkit Samrat started cooking which he calls ‘A Form of Meditation’, and other actors opted for yoga to strengthen their spirituality.
