MUMBAI: Akshay Kumar is known to be a fun-loving guy. We have seen him nailing comedy roles in many movies and his comic timing is simply amazing. The actor is the same in real life as well.
However, there was a time when fans got to see the angry avatar of Akki on the sets of a comedy reality show.
A few years ago, Akshay had visited Comedy Nights Bachao to promote his film Housefull 3 along with the other cast.
While the show's concept is about roasting the guests, the participants didn't spare anyone.
Everyone was enjoying until things became complicated with one of the comedians cracking a joke on Lisa Haydon.
The humour directed towards Housefull 3 actress Lisa didn't go well with the Khiladi Kumar. Comedian Siddharth Jadhav called Lisa a 'Black African'.
The actor lost his cool at this point and tried to stop Siddharth by pushing him aside. As per the sources, "But the push turned into a shove and the comedian went flying and landed a little further on the stage."
Sources added, "Akshay was upset that the comedians were aware that Lisa wasn't too well versed in Hindi and wouldn't even understand the few lines that the guys uttered. So, he thought it was all the more unfair that one would make fun of a person who didn't even know the language well."
The reports further stated that things cooled down with the Housefull actors suggesting some minor changes in the script.
