MUMBAI: Television actress Charu Asopa and Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen are one of the most loved couples on social media, and their lovey-dovey posts on Instagram often left their fans in awe of them. However, off late, there were media reports that suggested that the couple who tied the knot in 2019, have hit a rough patch within a year of their marriage. While they have denied these rumours, Netizens also noted that Charu dropped Rajeev’s surname from her name on social media. Adding fuel to those rumours, was Charu’s cryptic post on social media a few days ago.

Charu Asopa’s cryptic post had left fans confused and they were left speculating and wondering if all is well between her and Rajeev Sen. Now, Rajeev took to his Instagram and shared a video of him reciting a few lines from a poetry about living in the moment. The lines of the poetry are, “Pal me zindagi, zindagi mein ek pal, Jeene do mujhe, dekha hai kisne kal. Hosh mein main nahi, hosh me na ye jahaan, Jee lo is pal ko, Jaane ho kal kaha.”
Meanwhile, it was in June that the reports of the couple’s troubled marriage had hit the Internet. A source had told Bombay Times, “Charu and Rajeev had serious compatibility issues right from the beginning. Things finally came to a head and Rajeev left for Delhi. The two have not been in touch since then. While Charu has dropped his surname on social media, he has blocked her from all channels of communication."
When SpotboyE got in touch with Rajeev Sen, he said, “I’m just laughing over the news is all I can say." He further added, "Just because I am in Delhi for my work, people are thinking that we have had a fight & are no more together- what a funny world we live in."
