This is why Jennifer Winget turned down Broken But Beautiful 3

As per a report on the internet, Beyhadh 2 star Jennifer Winget was approached for Broken But Beautiful Season 3. However, she turned it down. Find out why.

MUMBAI: Jennifer Winget is one of the most popular television actresses and has a massive fan following. Having been a part of some hit shows over the years, the actress is always lauded for her stellar performance in each one of them. Jennifer was last seen in Beyhadh 2, in which she played the role of Maya, and she received a lot of praise for the role. Now, as per a report on the internet, Jennifer was approached for the popular web show Broken But Beautiful 3, but the actress didn’t take it up.

The first two seasons of Broken But Beautiful starred Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi in the lead roles. As per sources, Jennifer Winget was approached for the lead role, and while she did like the idea of the show, she turned it down as she wasn’t comfortable being a part of a show that had different faces in the previous seasons. “The makers had approached Jennifer Winget to play the lead role in Broken But Beautiful Season 3 which will have a new story and cast, but the actress turned it down. While she liked the idea of the show, she apparently wanted to be a part of the show which she headlines from the beginning itself. She wasn't comfortable being a part of a show which had a different face in the first two seasons,” said the source.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Winget’s Beyhadh 2 came to an abrupt end amidst the lockdown, as the makers decided to pull the plug on the popular show.

Speaking about it, Jennifer Winget told a leading portal, “It is so close to my heart and always will be, it definitely feels sad to have to pull the plug on the show without giving a proper end. But, I am sure something better will come out of this, there will be better days for us. I am also sure that our fans will understand the circumstances and stay with us, whatever the outcome.”
