MUMBAI : From helping you take your first steps to see you become a successful person in life, mothers always take pride in their children’s tiniest achievements. But what happens when you need your mother when you grow up? Well, she is always going to be there even then. Sony Entertainment Television's upcoming show Indiawaali Maa beautifully highlights that you’re never too old to need your mothers and you can always reach out to her at any time of your life.

Speaking about the show, Akshay said, “Indiawaali Maa is an endearing show narrating the story of a mother-son relationship. Kaku, a mother who is very sweet and optimistic is determined to bring back her son to the right track and help him redesign his dreams by reparenting him. A story that will touch the viewers’ hearts and every single person with Kaku’s journey, mother/mother figure can relate to this show.

Adding further to this, he said, “My mother is exactly like Indiawaali Maa, she is very protective, and she would try to make me feel better if something is bothering me. From taking important decisions in life to my daily routine, my mother helps me through everything and whenever I do any scene with Suchita Ma’am, I am reminded of my own mother. In fact, when my mother saw the promo for the first time, she was like, “Acha mera role hai kya?” and could relate herself to Kaku'
