MUMBAI: TellyChakkar was the first one to report about Sony Entertainment Television bringing the 12th season of its popular quiz show "Kaun Banega Crorepati" (KBC), post the lockdown.
As we know, host Amitabh Bachchan has defeated the deadly Coronavirus. Big B was tested positive for COVID-19 in July along with other members of his family, including son Abhishek, daughter-in-law Aishwarya and granddaughter Aaradhya too had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The channel recently released the promo of the upcoming season. The theme of this season is ‘setbacks’ into ‘comebacks’.
According to sources, there are few changes in this season keeping safety in mind. There will be no live audience and hence makers have removed the option of ‘audience poll’ this time. Instead the makers have introduced another lifeline which is not known to us as well.
The set for KBC 12 has once again been erected in Filmcity Mumbai and the shooting is expected to begin from 7 September.
