SSR’s family lawyer questions NCB's intentions and says that they are diverting the case from CBI.

MUMBAI: It has been 3 and a half months since the demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, but there is still no lead or clear picture as to what happened on the fateful night.

The actor's family and people across the globe are still fighting for justice and had demanded a CBI probe thinking that there would be lead to the case, but the CBI is taking very long to reveal what they have found.

Yesterday, the family and their lawyer said that it getting extremely frustrating, as there is no move or news by the CBI.

As per Times of India, the lawyer had called for a press a conference yesterday where he shared his disappointment and said that the family feels like the case is been misled and deliberately diverted.

He further said that NCB is diverting attention from the case and is calling big shots to divert attention from the CBI investigation. Vikas said that there is no need to call the whole of Bollywood and shift the main focus of SSR’s death to the drug cartel case.

Speaking in detail about the narcotics angle that came up during the probe and is now the talking point on the case, he said that an offence cannot be proved until some quantity of contraband is recovered. The only case made is that of a casual consumer and proving anyone guilty is almost impossible.

Well, the investigation is on, and we hope that the CBI lets the world know what it has found and what the progress on the case is.
