THIS is what Sharad Malhotra has to say about shooting romantic scenes amid the coronavirus pandemic

MUMBAI: Sharad Malhotra is a popular actor. Known for acting in various soaps, the actor has a huge fan following. His dashing personality and acting prowess have made him popular among the audience. He is currently seen as Veer Singhania in Naagin 5. In an interview, the actor spoke about shooting romantic scenes amidst the coronavirus pandemic.   

Ardent TV audience knows that it’s been almost three months since the shooting of TV shows resumed. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, all safety protocols are being strictly followed on sets and everyone has become extra cautious. Also, considering the current scenario, makers seem to be making efforts to avoid romantic scenes, which require hugging or intimate conversations between the actors. However, if the narrative demands, the actors are shooting such scenes with extra precautions. Speaking about the same, Sharad Malhotra said to a leading daily, “If the script demands, actors have to drop their apprehensions and perform to the best of their abilities.”

He added, “In our show, the scenes between Surbhi (Chandna) and me are being appreciated, and our onscreen chemistry is already a big talking point for the fans. To show the intensity between the two characters, we have to explore the bond.”
