MUMBAI: Namik Paul is one of the hottest celebrities in the television industry.
The actor was last seen in Star Plus’ Kasautii Zindagii Kay and now, we asked him about his future projects. Namik shared, “I want to do something different as I have done Kasautii Zindagii Kay, have done Kavach also so now I want to do a show which explores more of human drama. I have done dramatics and theatre in the past.”
We asked him about his take on favouritism in the television industry.
Namik averred, “I don’t think so. It takes time to get into any industry and nothing is really promised. If the audience likes you then you keep getting work. I started my career in 2015 and I have done 5 different shows with different production houses apart from 2 which were from the Balaji camp. In television, there is so much work for everybody. There are characters which keep coming and going in daily soaps and no, I don’t think there is favouritism. I have not faced it.”
