Hunar Hali meets her real life Masi on the sets of Chhal

These days, the Punjabi kudi Hunar Hali is immensely happy. Reason? She bumped into her real life Masi on the sets of Colors’ Chhal- Sheh Aur Maat (24 Frames). If you’re wondering what Hunar’s Masi was doing on the sets of her current show, let us tell you that she is also one of the actors in the show. Well, actress Madhumalti, who entered the show a couple of weeks ago as Ija’s mother, and well known as Mai, is in real life Hunar’s Masi. However, the pretty lady was unaware of the fact. It was just a week ago that she learnt about this. “I had no idea about anybody from my family being in this industry,” reveals Hunar. “It’s just that one day, I was randomly talking to my Masi when I realised that she knows about my parents. She was surprised to know that I was their daughter,” the actress concedes. After a pause she adds, “Masi had shifted to Mumbai before my birth so this was for the first time I had the privilege to meet her. She was glad to see me too.” Lastly Hunar says, “Had I known that I had a relative in this industry, things would have been easier for me (laughs).”
