Actor Siddharth Gupta spilt beans regarding little details of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's life
MUMBAI: Actor Siddharth Gupta credits late actor Sushant Singh Rajput for teaching him several things in his life.
In a recent interview, Siddharth shared that the Raabta actor’s way of leading life had left many inspired, including him. Had he been alive, he would have achieved greater heights in his life.
Siddharth Gupta resided with SSR for almost a year, right from 2018 to early 2019.
Siddharth says, "He was everything that doesn’t have a definition to be very honest, he was a mentor, he was a brother.”.
The actor also mentioned SSR was a source of inspiration. “Staying with him was like getting inspired everyday.”, Siddharth shared after meeting Sushant he realized there is more to life, further spilling the beans about what got him more connected to the late actor. He revealed, “The reason we connected was a lot of common interests, we were a lot into sports, I’m majorly into sports he was majorly into sports, I’m an engineer, he is an engineer, I’m into science he is into science.”.
“And beyond that, he took me to the other side of it where he made me understand the biggest thing, consciousness, he was a maverick,” he added further.
Also, speaking about the late actor’s need to be surrounded by people, he mentioned that he never liked to be alone.

Siddarth revealed unlike other people who have followed a pattern in their day-to-day life, giving an example Sushant would rather fall asleep watching a film than actually going to his bedroom and would barely sleep for a few hours. Fond of devotional songs, Siddharth also mentioned SSR used to sing devotional songs in the morning and used to wait for Siddharth to join him on a cup of coffee.
Further adding that’s how Siddarth is now addicted to coffee; the duo used to often star gaze. Siddharth Gupta also shared with passing time, SSR has dived deep into spirituality which had positively impacted his work, and it had increased the efficiency of his work.
When asked about the nickname SSR had for his team, Siddharth shared SSR calling his team, Proteam, where the motto was to help one another achieve their dreams and ultimately spreading this motto to the world.
