Comparison between me and Sumeet is pretty obvious: Swapnil Joshi

Currently, viewers of SAB TV’s Golmaal Hai Bhai Sab Golmaal Hai just can’t stop laughing…thanks to the comic histrionics. The show is a sequel of Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo. Now Sajan Re…had Sumeet Raghavan as the main protagonist. But in Golmaal…Swapnil Joshi has stepped into his shoes. Shared Swapnil, “Well, it’s been a month but I feel as if I have started shooting just yesterday. Golmaal has a wonderful cast in Tiku Talsania, Apara Mehta and Mugdha Chapekar and I love them all. The ambience on the set is terrific.” Now, comparison is a common phenomenon in the entertainment industry. So what does he think on being compared with Sumeet? “It is inevitable. The two shows are different, the time slot and the concepts are also different. But comparison will go on till the time viewers accept me and the show. Eventually, I feel it will happen.” He continued, “No show picks up in the beginning. Even Sajan Re took its time to pick up in the 8 pm slot which competed with several other shows on different channels. Talking about Golmaal… I feel it will hit the chords soon. Since, I am busy shooting for as long as 20 days a month, I don’t get time to watch my serial.” Well, Swapnil…we are sure days ahead will be full of sunshine!!!
