MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Yeh Hai Chahatein is witnessing a lot of drama. With Mahima's entry in the lives of Rudraksh, Preesha, and Saransh, things have taken a huge turn for all of them.
Preesha and Rudra became Saransh's guardian after Mahima's death and they have been raising Saransh since then. Mahima is now back and wants her son's custody.
Initially, Preesh was ready to give away Saransh for the sake of Mahima's happiness, but Rudra was totally against it.

Mahima is mentally disturbed and had earlier tried to commit suicide. But Preesha and Rudra stood by her and saved her from taking the drastic step.
Mahima who is currently staying at Preesha and Rudra's house is trying to form a bond with Saransh. However, he is not liking it and Mahima is not able to take this.
In the upcoming episode, after making Saransh sleep, Preesha will be seen going to Mahima's room to give her medicine. But she won't find Mahima there. She will then look around for her in the house.
Preesha will panic and check if Mahima is on the terrace. She will be shocked to find that Mahima is about to jump. She is in tears and so is Mahima. Preesha will try to explain to Mahima to not take such a drastic step as it will highly affect Saransh and also the entire family.
Mahima takes Preesha's advice positively and promises her to not commit such a mistake again.
