Bharti and Haarsh in trouble; NCB seeks cancellation of their bail in drug case

Bharti and Haarsh were granted bail by a Magistrate court on 23 November. Now, as per the latest update, NCB has sought cancellation of bail of Bharti and Harsh in a drug case.

MUMBAI: It seems comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa are again in trouble!

Earlier, reportedly, NCB conducted a raid at Bharti and Haarsh's residence which was then followed by a summon by the officials. The couple even appeared before the NCB officials for interrogation. They were later arrested after accepting consumption of drugs and then Bharti was booked by the agency under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act of 1986. NCB even sought remand over consumption and financing of drugs. As per reports, Bharti and Haarsh were sent to 14 days of judicial custody till December 4 in connection with the seizure of ganja from their home.

Bharti and Haarsh were later granted bail by a Magistrate court on 23 November. After grilling them for hours in this drug nexus in Bollywood and were granted bail, now the latest update suggests that NCB is seeking cancellation of bail of them.

According to PTI, the Narcotics Control Bureau has moved to a special NDPS court in Mumbai seeking cancellation of bail of Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbhachiya in a drug case.

However, previously, Bharti and Haarsh have accepted the consumption of drugs. According to ANI reports, Bharti and Harsh accepted consumption of Ganja.
