MUMBAI: Well, there are a lot of things which people do to maintain their weight.

While some become successful, there are many who are constantly searching for ideas and inspirations to get on a  diet. The recent example is that of Shehnaaz Gill who was spoken negatively for her weight. During the lockdown, Shehnaaz made good use of her time and lost a lot of weight. She was 67 kgs and after losing weight she was 55 kgs.

The actress has undergone an amazing fitness transformation and lost a ton of weight and her brand new avatar is going to make your jaws drop in awe. Shehnaaz took to Instagram to post pictures of her transformed and fitter self in a denim jumpsuit with one shoulder pulled down to reveal her toned arms and a sharp set of collar bones.

Shehnaaz had then revealed that she refrained from eating non vegetarian food, chocolates, and ice creams and did not eat a variety of food. She ate the same thing for her dinner as she ate for lunch and reduced the portions of her consumption.
