Prachee Shah Paandya resumes writing her gratitude journal

Telly fame Prachee Shah opens up on utilising the pandemic days by channelising her energy in dance, music and journal writing.

MUMBAI: The year has been tough, but a lot of people have managed to channelise their energies by doing things that they always wanted to.

Actress Prachee Shah Paandya, who's a known Kathak dancer, has been focusing on music over the past few months.

She said, “I restarted my sitar classes and found that music was truly food for the soul. Being a disciplined person, I would do yoga in the mornings and my Kathak practice in the evenings, but along with that, I thought why not get back to music, too.”.

Prachee says this period has also helped her get into the best shape through regular workouts, and she is happy to get back to work.

She said, “Keeping all safety measures in place, we recently wrapped up the shoot for a film in Chandigarh, and now I’m gearing for the shoot of my next film. So, utilising my time wisely during the lockdown, led to so many things that I need to be grateful for.”.

Incidentally, there’s another old habit of hers, which she has incorporated in her daily life again - writing her journal. “I like to call it my gratitude journal, wherein each day I find something to say thank you for.”, she said.
