During an interview with ETimes, Aly had said that he and Natasa parted ways, owing to cultural differences.

Krishna Mukherjee: Aly who played the role of Romi Bhalla in Divyanka Tripathi's Yeh Hai Mohabbatein was rumoured to be dating co-star Krishna Mukherjee. During an interview with ETimes, Krishna had cleared the air about her relation with Aly. She had said that both of them are just 'best friends'.
Subuhi Joshi: Aly was also rumoured to be in relation with Subuhi Joshi. During an interview with ETimes, Subuhi spoke about her bond with Aly. She said, "I won't deny that I know Aly really well, but I'd leave it to him whether he wants to call me his ex or 'best friend’.”
Jasmin Bhasin: Jasmin had kept her relationship with Aly a secret. It was on the sets of Bigg Boss 14, where she had confessed of falling in love with Aly. During an interview with ETimes, Jasmin had said, “I have fallen in love and it’s a beautiful feeling. I don’t mind getting married this year, my parents are okay with it. Once Aly comes out, they will meet his parents.”
