Sai as a character is a very headstrong personality, and she always fights for the right and puts forth her opinions.

1. Tejasswi Prakash
Tejasswi couldn’t take up the role of Sai as she was busy with her other commitments.
2. Nia Sharma
Nia was also offered the role of Sai, but the actress didn’t take up the role as she had a busy schedule.
3. Jennifer Winget
Jennifer refused the offer as she wanted to do a big-budget serial and has become a bit choosy.
4. Ishita Ganguly
Ishita couldn’t take up the role because she didn’t want to leave her present serial RadhaKrishn. Hence, things didn’t work out with her.
5. Sanaya Irani
Sanaya also was offered the role of Sai, but then, the makers felt that she didn’t fit the bill.
Well, in the end, the role was bagged by Ayesha Singh, and fans feel she is the perfect choice for the role and no one could do justice to Sai the way she did.
