MUMBAI: Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga is one of the most successful shows on television and has always topped the TRP charts since it has hit the screens. But unfortunately, the show will be going off-air on some days.
The leads of the show, Aladdin and Yasmine, are loved as an on-screen couple and have a massive fan following. Their characters have become household names.
The viewers like the romance and love between Aladdin and Yasmine and no wonder the show is doing so well.
Jasmine as character is a very strong and beautiful character and her romance with Aladdin is so pure and true.
But did you know that before the makers finalized Avneet Kaur for the role, it was offered to a few actresses who refused?

1 Gracy Goswami
Gracy was offered the role of Yasmine but the actresses refused it reasons best known to her.
2. Arishfa Khan
Arishfa refused the offer as she didn’t want to do such a fairy – tale role.
3. Ashnoor Kaur
Ashnoor couldn’t take up the offer as she was busy with her prior commitments.
4. Anushka Sen
Anushka didn’t take up the offer as she wanted to stay away from television for some time.
5. Jannat Zubair Rahmani
Jannat also was offered the role of Yasmine but she refused to do the role, reasons best known to her.
Well, in the end, the role was bagged by Avneet Kaur, and fans feel she was the perfect choice for the role and no one could do justice to Yasmine the way she did.
But then later own she left the show and got replaced by Ashi Singh and the viewers like her acting too.
No doubt that it’s a big loss for these actors, and they missed out on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
