I don't know if Rajev wants to get back to Delnaaz, Sana or Karishma...as he flirts with everyone : Kashif Qureshi

Kashif Qureshi, the common man of the Big Boss 6 house, got eliminated from the house in its second week. However, in just a span of two weeks… he made his presence felt and made a mark for himself. We at Tellychakkar.com entered into a conversation with the man. Excerpts: How was the journey in Bigg Boss? Usually a road journey is what takes you to a destination but Bigg Boss house itself is a journey and I will go far from here. It has transformed my life and I have learnt a lot from this show. You came across very aggressive in the show? One stays in the house for 24 hours a day but the audience gets to see just one hour of the episode. So what everybody has seen is just the tip of the iceberg. I am sure that the audience is not going to judge someone with that. I fought when it was needed but I was quiet rest of the time. We are sure that the audience does not get to see much. But the ones who nominated you were people who watched you 24x7 in the house? They had already made groups and they were comfortable that way like a herd of sheep. I was like a lion in the house hence; they were scared that they would get overshadowed. This is why they wanted me out. As a common man it was difficult for me to understand their behaviour as when I used to get angry they would behave nicely with me and when I behaved nicely they would try dominating me. We’ve been talking about you being a common man but there have been reports of you knowing and having connection with Salman Khan… the host of this show. How true is it? Hyderabad is one place that has crazy Salman fans and I am one of them. We used to take biryani and halwa for Salman every time he would visit the city. This way I have met him eight to ten times that is why Salman Bhai was trying to recollect where he had seen me when we met on the Bigg Boss stage for the first time. So I met him as a fan and nothing else. Your love story with Karishma Kotak couldn’t see the light of day? Well…all thanks to Rajev Paul. It was all good initially as she did hug me on the first day we met, but Rajev kept muttering things to her and she stopped talking to me. He sticks to every girl in the house whether he calls them his sister, child or whatever. Do you dislike Rajev? Not at all… I hate corruption, pollution, child labour and female infanticide. I do not have the time for Rajev. Will you try to meet Karishma once she comes out of the house? Her memory has faded… so I will not be looking out for her. When I entered the house I wanted a friend as I was lonely and I found that friend in her but things did not go the right way. And coming back to Rajev and Delnaaz…do you think they will get back again via the show? I do not know whether Rajev wants to get back to Delnaaz, Sana (Khan) or Karishma, for he hits on everyone. I do not know when he is acting and when he is being real. Apart from it, I think the audience must rise above the entire divorce drama that they are trying to show. Are you trying to say that Bigg Boss is not up to the mark this season? Yes, who wants to see a celebrity fighting for coffee and eggs? Whose fault is it that we are being shown such stuff? The audience or the makers? My friends and everybody who have known me appreciated what I did in the show. They felt I was bindaas when there was the need and there were times when I did not even ask for an extra roti. What do you have to say about Navjot Singh Sidhu? He is a true sardar. He was the only person who encouraged me in the house. I think I will miss him a lot. I also think he and Delnaaz are the only genuine people in the house. Rest all of them are fake. I used to feel Sampat Pal was a genuine person too but she voted me out. I used to press her legs and treat her like a mother and she used to call me beta but this is what I got in return. Do you think you had to move out of the house simply because you were pitted against Rajev Paul and Rajev- Delnaaz angle will work for the show? I was going through net and Colors’ official sites where thousands of people have voted for me. The most sensational news is that 47 percent like me while the other 53 percent is distributed amongst the other contestants. Anyways… I am happy that I am out of the show as I was tired of all the drama in the house and I am glad that Rajev is still there. What’s next for you? I am open to Bollywood and I just hope I get some action movies. Currently, I am choreographing action scenes for some Telugu movies and this is something that I have been doing for a while but post Bigg Boss I have realised that I look good on-screen. So I would like to do films. I think India has a lot of potential as far as martial art is concerned and we do not need to copy scenes from Hollywood movies as we can create some original scenes. Provided… we give opportunity to some real talent.
