The pretty lady, who was last seen in the film Baaghi 3, has a huge fan following. She regularly updates her fans about her whereabouts through a social media account. The actress had won many an award for her performance as Archana in Pavitra Rishta.
The actress debuted in the world of Bollywood with her performance in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi alongside Kangana Ranaut.
Her character had become a household name, and she had a massive fan following.
As we all know that Ankita was in a relationship with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput for about six years before they ended their relationship.
Recently, in one of her interviews, the actress revealed about sacrificing her career for SSR back then and the lesson she has learnt from it.
A lesser-known fact is that Ankita was offered big-banner movies like Happy New Year, Sultan, Ram – Leela, Bajirao Mastani, and Badlapur, all of which she rejected. She didn’t want to make her career in Bollywood, as she feared that it would affect her relationship.

In the interview, she said that she has no regret whatsoever for not doing these movies and she was standing by her man. She wanted to be by his side, walking with him through his success and failure.
She said that the one lesson she has learned is to love herself first and then put someone ahead of you, because sometimes in love, you give so much that you forget about yourself.
Well, you need a lot of courage to give up such big Bollywood projects, and if she had done them, she would be a huge star in Bollywood today.
