MAX presents online gaming enthusiasts a unique 'Ek Tha Tiger' experience

The biggest and most anticipated Bollywood blockbuster of the year 2012 ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ starring heartthrob Salman Khan and the stunning Katrina Kaif, is all set to premier on MAX, on Sunday, 9 December at 1 PM & 9 PM. In yet another unparalleled initiative, MAX announces the launch of one of its biggest endeavours in innovation in the digital entertainment space with the launch of the Ek Tha Tiger online game, thereby giving ardent Bollywood fans and online gaming buffs a unique Ek Tha Tiger gaming experience. Keeping with the theme of the movie, the entertaining interactive game created by the channel, will have the furious Tiger on the prowl to fight the villains for his freedom and to salvage his love. The game will have 3 different levels comprising of Tiger fighting the goons in level 1 using a kick or a hidden weapon, avoiding being shot at by the villain and his men while in a jeep in level 2 and finally the crowning glory at level 3 with Tiger on his speeding bike leaps onto a moving plane and takes off. What better way to connect to today’s youth than through gaming?” MAX fans also stand a chance to get their hands on the latest iPhone 5 and other exciting prizes by participating in the MAX ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ application. Facebook & Twitter users will be given options between two tasks which they opt from. Facebook users would be provided with an ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ poster in level 1. In keeping with the premier date of 9 Dec for the movie on the channel, all that the viewers have to do is to gather a total of 9 ‘LIKES’ or 9 ‘COMMENTS’ which would unlock level 1. Users who choose to play the game on twitter to enter the contest need to use hash-tag #EkThaTigerOnMAX and tweet 9 things what they would miss to watch the MAX Television premiere of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. 75 participants will win great prizes and unlock level 1. Once they have cracked level 1, a MAX QR code will appear on their wall as a photo, all they need to do is to use their smart phone to scan the code. A number will be given which needs to be entered which would lead them to the Tiger’s Hall of Fame where they will need to enter their name and stand to win a IPhone 5.
