Veer Pratap Singh aka Kunal Jaisingh will be missed in Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye

MUMBAI: Sony TV’s Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye has become one of the most celebrated shows on television. The show has not only touched hearts but reminded a lot of people about their past. The cast leaves no stone unturned to portray the dreadful partition like a living memoir. Amdheer’s love is a soothing breeze in the heat of history.

Kunal Jaisingh played the character of Veer Pratap Singh in the show. His character was scripted with all shades of grey. In a short span of time, Veer has become one of the adored roles of the show. Despite the role being negative, it garnered a lot of appreciation from viewers. 

Veer's journey in the show finally comes to an end. Kunal has an extremely special message for his co-stars. He says, "It has been one of my most favourite shows that I have worked in. From my producers and directors to all my co-stars, you all have been so amazing. I want to thank each one of you."

Veer's presence in the show will be dearly missed. Although the role was short-lived, it left a huge mark on viewers. With Kunal's spectacular performance, Veer shall stay forever in the memoirs of Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye. 

Gurdeep Kohli is all set to enter the show in the role of Kaveri Pratab Singh, Ranisa aka Nalini’s sister-in-law. Her entry is marked post Veer’s sudden death. She is coming to make lives miserable for Nalini, Amrit, and Randheer.

Kaveri has already begun to create issues for Amrit by restricting her to enter the Haveli as now Amrit is Veer's widow. Kaveri will torture Amrit in the name of orthodox rituals.
