It so happened that the fan Nitin Kumar had been following Poonam Pandey religiously since the last year. When he heard that Poonam was shooting at Mahabhaleshwar for her debut film, he landed up on the sets and waited patiently for three days to catch a glimpse of the sultry actress.
Amit Saxena, the director of the film noticed the man hanging around and was impressed by his earthy looks and personality. He offered Nitin a bit part in the film and Nitin was cast as a servant to share space with Poonam on the screen.
"Just getting to see Poonam Pandey in the flesh was a dream come true for me. But when the director offered me the role, I jumped with joy," observed Nitin.
Poonam said that the dedication that Nitin showed on the sets proves how much talent is hidden in the rural parts of the country. "This guy was such a perfect person to play that character that we did not even need to rehearse his lines or design his clothes for the scenes. He just popped up out of nowhere and fit right in," maintained Poonam.
Must believe that sometimes eyeing someone can land one in a comfortable position.
