R.I.P! Pratigya 2 actor Anupam Shyam passes away

MUMBAI: As the day ends, TellyChakkar brings you saddening news of a popular TV actor leaving the world. 

It is none other than actor Anupam Shyam who is currently seen as Sajjan Singh in Pratigya 2. 

Anupam reprised the role of Sajjan Singh once again and fans simply loved him. 

The veteran actor was 63. He was hospitalised a few days ago for kidney-related issues and was in the intensive care unit.

He was put on a ventilator for the past few days and passed away today due to multiple organ failures.

Anupam's was severely unwell last year too and was hospitalised after he developed serious kidney issues. 

His brother had even appealed for financial help as they were struggling to pay the hospital bills.

After the actor recovered, he had to undergo dialysis on a regular basis. He got back to work once again with Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya season 2 which was launched a few months ago.
