It will be produced under Sanjay Leela Bhansali's home banner Bhansali Productions.
Sharmin made her big Bollywood debut with SLB's film Malaal where she romanced Meezaan Jafri.
Not many are aware that Sharmin is the niece of ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
