MUMBAI: Star Plus show Yeh Hai Chahatein, which is a spin-off of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has proved to be a huge hit among fans. 

The show stars Sargun Kaur Luthra and Abrar Qazi in the lead roles. 

The show has witnessed several twists and turns in the story. 

Preesha and Rudraksh's relationship has gone through various ups and downs.

The show witnessed a leap recently, bringing several changes in the story and also some new entries. 

Apart from Sargun and Abrar, the show also stars Indira Krishnan, Aishwarya Sakhuja, Tanu Khan, Altamash Faraz, and Anjali Mukhi among others in pivotal roles. 

Indira plays the pivotal role of Vasudha on the show, who is seen as Preesha's mother. 

TellyChakkar got in touch with Indira, who spoke about her character. 

The actress said, ''In any TV show, there are some caricature characters you really hook on to. My leverage as an actress is utilised very little in the show. At times, it is utilised more, but at times, it is not. But besides that, I have had my own standing and I have had my own say as Vasudha. Even if I am not much involved, people do hook on to me because of my caricature. Vasudha is a living character for anybody.''

Indira has worked in several TV shows and movies over her long career span.
