Barun Sobti voted Best Actor (Male) of 2012

Let’s all take a bow and come ahead to congratulate the man of 2012…the Best Actor (male), as per audience votes, Barun “Arnav” Sobti. Barun must wave a hi! and thank his legions of fans who voted day in and out and voiced out in his support. His fan following is phenomenal… Barun, who via his superb acting prowess, good looks and chemistry with Sanaya Irani aka Khushi in Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, thumped his presence in the entertainment industry with great might. His influence can be judged from the fact that with him opting out of the project, the makers and channel had to shut down the show altogether. But all said and done…he has been a great entertainer. People who know Barun closely swear by his professionalism and hard working attitude. We just hope that he soon comes back on the small screen. He won the contest by bagging whopping 48 percent of the total cast votes. We congratulate him… Vivian Dsena (Colors’ Madhubala) stood second in the race with 38 percent votes.
