MUMBAI: Bhagya Lakshmi actress Neha Prajapati is much loved for her character in the show.
In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Neha shared her first reaction when she was offered the show.
Neha said, "
I was told that negative chachi will be plotting and playing the negative lead. My first reaction was should I do negative role or not, but the next thought was I have never done negative in my life and it will be fun to play negative. It was a bit humours so I was enjoying and I said yes. Yes I took some time but I said yes, I’ll be doing it.
I never thought that my character will become so popular. I felt that a bit but I never thought that it would come out so nicely, I am enjoying it , it’s fun, what happened was when I gave audition that time the 'English accent' was not incorporated in my character. She was a Punjabi. I got selected for it, and after that when I went on first meet in the office that time I came to know that this character is not only negative lead but also has many shades to it, she is funny and negative and at the time she is more emotional for her daughter also. During the audition it was more of negative only, they must have put the humour and other elements afterwards. I am glad that people are liking it , touch wood ." (Also Read: Breaking News!
