MUMBAI: Rana Daggubati was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in regard to the drugs and money laundering case. The actor arrived in Hyderabad to face questioning. He even brought along his laptop to show financials. He is the fourth to be summoned after director Puri Jagannadh, actress-turned-producer Charmme Kaur, and actress Rakul Preet Singh. The TFI personalities are reportedly being questioned about being allegedly present at a certain party and about their financials.
Rana was questioned by the media as he arrived at the ED office with his team but he refused to comment. Rakul had reportedly brought along her chartered accountants apart from files of her financials and Rana is expected to do the same. Tollywood celebs were previously also questioned by the excise and enforcement directorate a few years ago and it remains to be seen if anything comes out this time around. The celebrities called previously were questioned between five to ten hours.
