Bharti said that she hasn't done any hardcore workouts or yoga. She has maintained control of her diet and always had food on time.
The actress revealed that she did intermittent fasting. The diva shared that she doesn't eat anything past 7 pm and then directly eats at 12 pm the next day.
Bharti reveals she can't eat the hardcore diet food and salad and needs proper white bread and butter. Her food choices remain the same but she maintains control over it and that's how she has managed to lose weight.
