In an exclusive chat with TellyChakkar, Sneha revealed the prime reason of joining Jhanak. She said, "Honestly, when Jhanak was offered to me, the first thing that caught my attention was the strength of the story and the emotional layers it carries. I’ve always been drawn to shows that aren’t just daily dramas but have something deeper to say, and Jhanak had that. Also, the character I was offered felt like a refreshing shift from what I’ve played before."

Talking about her character in the show, Sneha said, "I am playing the role of Ankita in Jhanak. She is paired opposite Yash, who is Ishani and Shashwat’s son. She’s very today’s girl—ambitious, a little entitled, and emotionally complex. What I love is that she’s not a typical antagonist; she’s subtle, calculated, and carries her own insecurities under a polished exterior. It’s fun to explore a character who doesn’t scream villainy but still keeps you on edge."

When asked if she prefers playing positive or negative characters, Sneha replied, "I enjoy playing both, honestly. But negative or grey-shaded characters give you a lot more scope to perform. You get to explore so many layers, and it’s creatively more satisfying. That said, I love it when a positive character also has some flaws it makes them more real."

Keep rocking, Sneha!
