MUMBAI: Bollywood legendary actor Mithun Chakraborty will be making his OTT debut with the web series Bestseller. The actor was recently present at the launch of his web series through the digital platform. During the event, Mithun was asked about how does he feel about making his OTT debut.

Talking about the same, Mithun Chakraborty replied, I don’t understand the term making a debut. I have been acting for so long, I have done more than 370 films in the past. I do understand acting and I have been doing it for a very long time. He further adds, working in the web series was very exciting. It was a great experience to work on this project. There was a time when I used to do four shifts in a day. Where only the locations used to change but the dialogues and actions were almost the same on every set. My role in this web series is very different from what I have done in the past and I really enjoyed being a part of it.
The actor was then asked about the film genre which he enjoys being a part of. Mithun said I enjoy all those films of mine which have been hits or blockbusters. I enjoy playing them on-screen because flop films have no value. I have done more than 350 films in my career span, out of which 200 films are flops. I would myself won’t like to watch my films which have been flops. But other 150 films which have been hits or blockbusters, I surely enjoy watching and being a part of those films.
Mithun Chakraborty along with the star cast Shruti Haasan, Arjan Bajwa, and Gauahar Khan were present at the trailer launch of the web series Bestseller. The web series is directed by Mukul Abhyankar and produced by Siddharth P Malhotra and Sapna Malhotra.
