A page from the personal diary of Dev Joshi Hi friends, this is Dev Joshi whom you watch every day in SAB TV’s Baal Veer. I am very happy that I have got immense love and appreciation from all of you for my role. Since I am here today, let me formally introduce myself to you. Born and brought up in Gujarat, I currently stay in Mumbai. A notorious boy in my childhood, I have been performing on stage since my school days. Once it so happened that I got a chance to perform with a troupe in Mumbai. Sensing some good luck coming my way, I packed my bags and came to this city with my family. Later Baal Veer happened and I guess this was the biggest blessing of God to me. I love shooting for each and every part of the show. Currently, I am in seventh standard and I balance my acting as well as school properly with the help of my parents; I even study during the breaks on sets. I have been constantly getting a good percentage and I am always appreciated by my school friends and school teachers. Talking about my fan following, I am overwhelmed with the response people have given to my role. Sometime back, I was astounded at seeing a few fans of mine flying down from UK and California to meet me. Nothing can be more wonderful than this and I felt awesome meeting them during my break. As for my fan mails, I reply to all of them because I treat them to be my pillars of support. I am always online on my phone and I-pad. At this point, I would like to share something with all my fans, which is that earlier I always used to dream about fairies and fairyland. Today, I am immensely happy that my dreams have tuned into reality. Well, as for my future plans, I would simply love to pursue acting for years to come and want to get into films. But I also dream of becoming a pilot someday. Sorry! I am feeling a bit tired and want to take your leave. And for you my fans I have only one message: be happy and keep smiling.
