Talking about his web series Mithya, which is currently streaming on ZEE5, the actor said that he is not one of the central characters, but it is the character's storyline and the entire script that he fell in love with. Indraneil will be seen playing a colleague of Huma Qureshi.

Talking about his acting journey, Indraneil says that he is very happy with the way his journey has shaped up. The actor is also happy to collaborate with different types of people for different projects and with the response he has been getting for his projects.

He is looking forward to playing all types of character as he does not want to limit his talent by performing similar roles. Having said that, in particular  he is looking forward to playing some unpredictable characters and those that are completely different from what he is in real life.
