Shayani Sahu plays an intriguing character of Neelu in the show, we got in touch with the gorgeous to know about Neelu, her experience on working with Sangita and Ronit, and more. Check out what she had to share:

Tell us something about your character?

I am playing the character of Neelima, her backstory has been that she has been married to a drunkard who used to beat her, Kanwaljeet meets her and saves her from the toxic marriage and brings her to Swaran Ghar. I have seen the boys grow up, and I am closer to uncleji than Swaran aunty. He treats me like his daughter and if I ever have a heartfelt conversation with someone that will always be Kanwal uncle. This is how I came to Swaran Ghar and became a part of it. I am taking care of both of them and the house.

Tell use about your offset bond with Sangita and Ronit?

It is amazing with both of them, as an actor everybody knows how great are they. As a person the are just fabulous, as you know we are new in comparison to Sangitaji and Ronitji, but they make us feel comfortable and it seems like we all have become a part of their family now.

What made you say yes for the show?

It's reality, the show reveals the reality of the families. I have stayed overseas too and although I used to call my parents but then there is this distance which makes us busy in our own lives, that doesn't mean we don't love our parents but there is this phase of distance. We are portraying the reality on screen that brews within everybody's families.
