MUMBAI: Colors is all set to roll out a new show Spy Bahu starring Sana Sayyad and Sehban Azim in the lead roles. The story of Spy Bahu is lead-centric and will depict the love story of a detective and a terror-suspect.
Spy Bahu is bankrolled by Ashvini Yardi under her production house Viniyard Productions.
TellyChakkar got in touch with male Sana Sayyad, who was last seen in Divya Drishti. She talks about her role, show and more....
Could you tell us more about your character? “My character is very childish who still lives and sleeps in her parents’ room. Talking about Sehban's character, he's very rude but at the same time very charming, enigmatic, and mysterious. Sejal feels nervous and intimidated around Yohan, which is obvious because he's a terrorist and her future husband in the show.”

Is your character going to be serious and glamorous later? “No, because this is the thing where our show stands out. Usually when you imagine a spy you don't consider it to be clumsy and funny. And Sejal has that foot in her mouth syndrome because she is very unfiltered.”
How do you feel about people's expectations from you after your previous show Divya Drishti? “It was my first supernatural content-based show, and the first show that gave me recognition. After that show, I was very eager to play a strong and different character.”
