MUMBAI: Karan Johar is one of his latest Instagram posts announced, “Dharma Productions and Fox Star Studios have acquired the rights for a beautiful coming-of-age love story, Hridayam” The remake of the movie from the Malayalam cinema will be made in 3 languages, particularly in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The original Malayalam romance-drama star-casted Pranav Mohanlal, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Darshana Rajendran.
The post shared by KJ expressed gratitude to Mr Visakh Subramanium and Merryland Cinemas. The announcement has stirred social media into a squall.
Karan Johar in the caption stated, “I am so delighted and honoured to share this news with you. The post however didn’t mention when the re-make will be released in the 3-languages, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu.
