What are the pros and cons of being an actor?

I don't think there are too many cons. But there are many pros of being an actor. I think people make you feel special and the family too loves you more. You are a hot topic of discussion amongst the relatives. Fans often make you feel special. When it comes to cons, an actor's privacy is sometimes disturbed. If a person chooses to become an actor, he should know everything about this field. Everyone has their own point of view on seeing the pros and cons. One should have a very positive attitude and aptitude in life. I think it's a great profession. One earns a lot of respect. People love you a lot.

You started your career almost more than a decade ago. Are you still waiting for that one break that will make you reach new heights?

Definitely! I started my career 16 to 17 years ago. My first break was with Kasauti Zindagi Kay. That was a dream role for me. But yes, everyone wants to grow in their life and career. I want to crack into films. I want to work with renowned directors and production houses. I will always have that dream to make it big in my career.

Weirdest fan encounter which you will never forget?

A few years ago, someone had sent me a letter that was written with blood. That fan told me that it was the blood with which the letter was written. I hope it was not blood but red ink. I feel it was that. But if it was blood then it’s very disgusting. I don't want anyone to waste their blood like this. I would tell such people to donate blood instead of wasting it like this. It will save someone's life.
