Apart from his other movies, people often remember him as Gopal in the cult comedy Golmaal franchise. Ajay Devgn once portrayed an incident when his son Yug wanted to slap him after seeing Parineeti Chopra die in Golmaal Again. Ajay told that Yug had tears in his eyes when he saw Parineeti's character die in Rohit Shetty's film.
“That's really a lot of fun. Even people at home with me, they also laugh at it. In fact, they should be feeling worse but that's being sporty, that's being a character,” the Runway 34 actor asserted.

My son cried twice in the second half, twice. And he slapped me also. On Pari's (Parineeti Chopra) death, his tears were rolling down. He was sitting in my lap and I asked him what happened and he just gave me one saying ‘don’t watch me crying',” he added.
Well, that was quite an incident, wasn't it! Golmaal Again was released in 2017. It was the fourth instalment in the Golmaal franchise that also starred Tabu, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, and Kunal Kemmu in pivotal roles.
