MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their love.
We got in touch with the gorgeous Nisha Nagpal who plays Shefali in the show, the actress revealed some interesting anecdotes from the show, her bond and more. Check out what all she had to share:
How has the journey been till now in the show as Shefali?
The journey has been wonderful till now. I am enjoying my character and I am excited about my character on how will it turn in the future once Akshara comes to Birla's house after getting married to Abhimanyu.
How has your bond been with the Birla family? Has it turned into an onset family?
It has been fun, I really gel with Neeraj a lot. He has a good sense of humour, whenever we get together our talks are about Nisha and Neeraj and not the characters, even Niharika as well, both of them are really close to me and I love the Birla family. We are family now, we sit together, eat together and even make reels together. We are involving more and more members of our family and we are loving it.
Do you all play pranks on each other?
Neeraj often does that to Niharika and me, he would pull our chairs, I would trouble Niharika, the Birla siblings have bonded on this, Manjari is also very cool, she is the kid of the Birla house more than Niharika and we pamper her a lot. We have bonded really well together and we enjoy all our scenes and offscreen masti too.
We had earlier updated that legendary singer Kumar Sanu is all set to turn AbhiRa's Sangeet into a starry affair, in the promo we see that Abhimanyu challenges Akshara that he can also sing and he begins singing, Akshara thinks there is something fishy and she first turns the system off and then lights but Abhi doesn't stop singing, he reveals that she is in for a major surprise, well, the surprise is Kumar Sanu's appearance in the show.
