MUMBAI: Kanupriya Pandit is a renowned actress who has worked in several movies and television shows in her long career span.
The actress is currently seen playing the character of Meera Sood in Sony TV's show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2.
Kanupriya is playing Disha Parmar aka Priya's mother's role in the show.
We all know that Kanupriya was previously seen as Erica Fernandes' mother in Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2 which was also Balaji's show.
Fans are lauding Kanupriya's performance in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2.

The makers have tried to keep the characters extremely realistic. Usually, we don't see many realistic characters in a TV show. But here we have that. Priya and Meera are both very real. They do minimal make-up and their appearance is also quite what we see women in real life. My on-screen characters are like that. It is not possible that they won't have any issues in their lives.
Equation with Nakuul Mehta...
Nakuul is amazing. He has a good sense of humour. Nakuul is extremely gracious and extremely obedient. He comes on the sets and wishes everyone. He knows how to treat people equally. We keep discussing acting in general. I like him as a person. I like the fact that he is quite interested in his work. This goes for Disha as well. They both take their work very seriously.
Relatable situations...
The way Meera's life has been shown in the show is quite relatable to a lot of women in our country. There are very less characters written like this for a TV show. I haven't seen much of this. Meera is a single parent raising her daughters and her husband comes and creates a ruckus. This is seen in many households in real life. Women have faced such issues. But there are strong women who fight with such situations and move on in their lives.
Kanupriya has previously worked in shows and movie like Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya, Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan.
The actress is also a well-known writer and director.
