When asked what drew her to Pati Patni Aur Panga, Debina shared, “Honestly, neither of us was very eager to take it up at first. We were at a point in our lives where doing a reality show like this didn’t seem necessary. Gurmeet was already quite busy and had a lot on his plate, so I was pretty convinced it wouldn’t work out. But somehow, things fell into place, and Gurmeet eventually said we should go ahead with it. I feel like, more than anything, he wanted me to get back to work and return to showbiz after my maternity break. In his own subtle way, he supported and encouraged me. He never made it obvious that he was doing it for me, but I know it—and that kind of quiet motivation means a lot.”

Speaking about dealing with mom guilt, Debina said, "That feeling is always there. Whether I'm shooting or caught up with something else, the guilt of not being with my children creeps in. It can even stem from the simplest moments—for instance, the other day, my daughters were playing while I was busy with something, and I felt awful for not being able to join them. But at the same time, I believe professional growth is essential for personal fulfillment. I’m in a very happy space in life, no doubt about that. Still, engaging in creative work and staying professionally active only adds to that happiness and well-being. So yes, while I do feel the guilt and always want to be there for my kids, I also recognize how important it is to grow professionally—and that’s something I truly want to embrace and encourage."

Debina and Gurmeet have always been a dynamic duo. They previously impressed audiences with their incredible chemistry and dancing skills on Nach Baliye. Now, it will be exciting to watch them take on a new journey together in Pati Patni Aur Panga.
