MUMBAI : Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.
The show is gearing up for some intriguing twists and turns.

In the previous episode, we see that Preesha reaches Nalini's house where she meets her mother.
Preesha asks if she knows Nalini’s boyfriend and it is then that her mother shows her a picture of Nalini’s boyfriend.
Preesha is shocked to see the picture but soon connects the dots and everything starts making sense to her.
Later, Preesha meets the truck driver and asks him who paid him for the job.
Revati and Rakesh watch the news and it’s shown that Nalini met with an accident where the truck driver is arrested. The news informs that Nalini was pregnant and the child is safe. The reporter also adds that the DNA samples of the child are saved as it will be used to search for the child’s father.
Rakesh devises a plan to steal the DNA samples from the lab but doesn't realize that it is in fact a trap. Preesha will be waiting for him in the lab as he arrives.
Rakesh is left shocked seeing Preesha there.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha reaches the hospital to get Nalini’s phone.
The nurse takes Preesha to the locker-room where Nalini’s belongings are kept.
Preesha opens the locker and takes the phone out.
But after checking her phone, she finds nothing that could reveal the identity of her boyfriend.
Just then, Nalini’s mother calls but it is Preesha who answers. Nalini’s mother gets worried and asks where she is. Preesha answers saying that she is not Nalini. She asks for her address so that she can inform her about the current disaster that took place with her daughter.
Preesha reaches Nalini’s home to find Nalini's mother worried sick about her daughter.
Preesha informs her that Nalini is in the hospital as she met with an accident.
Preesha asks the mother about Nalini’s boyfriend and here the mother replies saying that she had advised Nalini against her relationship with that man.
The mother tells Preesha that Nalini fell in love and got pregnant with that man who was already married.
The mother tells Preesha that Nalini had alsways advised her daughter that she will not be accepted by that married man who was already rich, well-settled and had a family.
Preesha asks if she knows who the boyfriend is. To this, the mother shows her the picture from a newspaper.
Preesha is shocked seeing that Nalini’s boyfriend is in fact Revati’s husband, Rakesh.
The mother informs her that Rakesh is soon going to run for elections.
Preesha starts thinking that maybe because Rakesh is going to run for elections, his illicit affair with Nalini would give him a bad reputation and therefore he couldn't accept it.
Will Preesha reveal this truth to Revati?
